The Woodway office services the Inner Loop, Bellaire, Tanglewood, Memorial, Meyerland and other neighborhoods along the 610 Loop.  

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

About Vanessa Coleman

Born in Port Arthur, Texas, she moved to Houston in 1991 and has proudly called the city home ever since. As a dedicated member of the Shad Bogany Team, she brings an honest, empathetic approach to real estate, paired with proactive communication and fierce negotiation skills. Her goal is to guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process with confidence, turning what can often feel like a stressful transaction into a smooth and successful experience.

Before beginning her career in real estate, she built a strong professional foundation in accounting. This background provides her with exceptional financial literacy, allowing her to offer clients valuable, data-driven insights when evaluating properties, analyzing investment opportunities, and understanding potential returns. Her ability to interpret market numbers, property valuations, and cash flow projections gives her clients a strategic advantage in Houston’s competitive real estate market.

She earned her master’s in business administration and enjoys spending her free time reading, puzzles and playing games. In her real estate career, she is especially proud of earning the REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS® and previously being recognized among the top 150 agents in the Houston Association of Realtors®, out of more than 25,000 agents and brokers, based on production and sales volume. Her dedication to professionalism and client success continues to set her apart in the industry.
